HOW TO BUY from MBT Shoes (Norwich)


We love MBTs... We want to sell them to you... but we can only to this through our studio. All you need to do is make an appointment by telephone or email us.

This is not just the Manufacturer's whim - there are strong reasons for receiving MBT training

  • the sizing needs to be very carefully measured, varies with shoe style,
  • you will also need instruction in correct use.
  • Your first MBT assessment and training session is FREE.
  • Once you have received training, you will receive a free instructional DVD.

As MBT is specialist footwear, we do not sell them without first conducting a thorough fitting consultation in person. This session is a basic part of preparing you for the difference that MBT shoes will make as well as ensuring your correct sizing.

MBT Norwich is the largest stockist of MBT in Norfolk and offers full fitting consultations in our studio by appoinment.When you come to us you can try a pair of MBT's and learn how to get the most out of them. One fitting consultation is enough, after that you are free to buy as many pairs of MBTs as you like by telephone. MBT are not sold on-line or by mail order as a matter of MBT Policy.

If you want to deepen your understanding of MBT and maximise benefit then come along to a Masai walking class - we will discuss the classes with you at your appointment.

Please note if MBT is to be used as an accompanying therapy to specific health problems it is essential that you are supervised by a health professional and MBT trainer. Barefoot Studio staff are all qualified MBT trainers.
